International Shipping & Returns Policy

1. International Shipping

  • Courier Partners: We ship globally using reputed carriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS to ensure your order arrives safely.
  • Delivery Timeline: Most international orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.
  • Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

2. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Kiswahalkabah is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
  • ​All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please check with your local customs office for specific details.

3. International Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

4. Damaged Items

​If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team at kiswahalkabahcom@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.
